At Chroma Republic, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference or style expectations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Requests submitted without sufficient information or outside the reporting timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Resolution Process
Approved claims may qualify for:

- Refund at our discretion
Chroma Republic reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, customers should not send items back unless specifically instructed by our support team.
Shipping Issues
Chroma Republic is not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
