At Chroma Republic, all products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
• The item received is defective
• The item is damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was received
Reporting an Issue
If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or problem
Resolution
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
• Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method
The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference or style changes
