International Orders



Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.


Import duties and taxes are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.





Customs & Border Control



Customs policies vary by country. CHROMA REPUBLIC™ has no control over customs procedures, clearance times, or additional fees once an order reaches the destination country.


Delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes are not considered shipping delays and are outside our control.





Made-to-Order Fulfillment



Many CHROMA REPUBLIC™ products are made-to-order and produced through trusted manufacturing partners. Depending on the product and destination, items may ship from different fulfillment locations.


Because of this, international shipments may be subject to customs processing even if the order is placed from within the United States.





Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)



Unless clearly stated at checkout, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:


  • Import duties and taxes are not prepaid
  • The customer is responsible for any customs charges upon delivery



If DDP options become available for specific markets or products, this will be clearly communicated during checkout.





Refused or Unclaimed Packages



If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid import duties or taxes:


  • The order will not be eligible for a refund
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
  • CHROMA REPUBLIC™ is not responsible for returned or abandoned shipments due to customs fees






How to Avoid Unexpected Fees



We recommend customers:


  • Check local customs regulations before placing an order
  • Contact their local customs office for estimated import fees
  • Order within their domestic region when possible
