Other products (fashion, accessories, lifestyle items) are fulfilled by  DSers/AliExpress suppliers.

No, we operate exclusively online.

All orders are fulfilled by our production and supply partners.

Q: Can I cancel my order?



You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.


After that, orders begin processing with our suppliers and cannot be canceled.

Yes, applicable taxes are automatically calculated by Shopify based on your delivery address.

We are registered with California CDTFA, and taxes are collected correctly.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?



Yes! Many DSers  suppliers offer global shipping.

Apliiq (CHROMA REPUBLIC™ apparel) ships mainly within the USA.





Q: How long does shipping take?




CHROMA REPUBLIC™ (Apliiq custom apparel)



  • Production: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days




DSers (AliExpress Suppliers)



  • Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Some items ship from U.S. warehouses faster

 

Q: Will my order arrive in one package?



Not always.


If you purchase items from different suppliers (Apliiq, DSers), they will ship separately.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

 


Q: Do you offer free shipping?



Yes!


  • Free Express Shipping in the USA on orders over $50
  • Standard shipping: $6.99


 



Q: Do you provide tracking?



Yes.

Once your supplier fulfills the order, a tracking number will be emailed automatically.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS




Q: Do you accept returns?



Returns depend on the supplier:



Apliiq (CHROMA REPUBLIC™)



Returns are only accepted if:


  • Item is damaged
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect



Custom-made items cannot be returned for:


  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Style/color preference




DSers  Suppliers



Returns accepted only for:


  • Defects
  • Damage
  • Wrong item received



Some suppliers do not accept returns unless defective.





Q: How do I request a return?

We will contact the supplier on your behalf.





Q: Do you offer exchanges?



No, because suppliers produce and ship orders individually.

We can only replace defective or incorrect items.





Q: When will I receive my refund?



Once approved by the supplier, refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Processing time depends on your bank.

Q: Why do colors or materials look different from photos?



Suppliers use different photography, lighting, and materials.

Minor variations in color, texture, and fabric are normal with:

Q: How do I choose the right size?



Check the size chart on the product page.

Since sizing varies by supplier, always review measurements carefully.


CHROMA REPUBLIC™ apparel (Apliiq) uses premium U.S. sizing.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS




Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?



International customers may be required to pay VAT or import duties.


These fees are:

  • Not included in your order
  • Charged by your country’s customs office

Q: My package is stuck at customs—what do I do?



This is normal for international orders.
